Refunds
Designing Circle offers a 10-day money-back guarantee on all of its services. If you do not receive the services committed with you, you may request a refund within 10 days of the completion of your order. To request a refund, please contact Designing Circle customer service. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
Revisions
Designing Circle offers upto unlimited revisions on all of its services depending upon the package you select. If you are not satisfied with the final product, you may request revisions up to 10 days after the date of delivery. To request revisions, please contact Designing Circle customer service. You will need to provide your order number and the specific revisions you would like to make. Revisions will be completed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
Exceptions
The following are exceptions to the refund and revision policy:
* Requests for refunds or revisions that are made after the 10-day period will not be considered.
* Requests for refunds or revisions that are due to changes in the Client's instructions will not be considered.
* Requests for refunds or revisions that are due to problems with the Client's computer or software will not be considered.
Intellectual Property
The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the services it provides. The Client does not acquire any intellectual property rights in the services, except for the right to use the services for personal or internal business purposes.
Confidentiality
The Company will not disclose any confidential information that it receives from the Client. However, the Company may disclose confidential information if required to do so by law or if the Client breaches these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
The Company may change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Company's website.
Termination
The Company may terminate these Terms at any time. The Client may also terminate these Terms by providing written notice to the Company.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability
